The 57th Great Canadian Picnic
This is your opportunity to participate in one of the longest running events for Canadian Expats in the world.
The annual Great Canadian Picnic in Phoenix Arizona began 57 years ago as a way of tying the local Snowbird community together.? Vic and Reta Wallace moved from their home in Thamesford, Ontario to Phoenix and found themselves at the centre of the Canadian social scene.? They are credited with the founding of the Canadian Social Club of Greater Phoenix and the Great Canadian Picnic.
What started in 1953 as a respectable gathering of 500, now expects over 3000 to attend.

On Saturday February 7th,from 11am ~ 3pm the 57th annual Great Canadian Picnic offers great door prizes! Live music! Face painting! Games! Snow, and Free admission!
