Mr. Nichols is the founder and President of the Canadian Expat Association which he started in 2007.  His responsibilities include acting as the Chief Financial Officer and is the official voice of the association.  He is located in the Victoria office.

Mr. Nichols is recognized globally for his work as an advocate for the rights of Canadians living abroad and for promoting Canadian expatriates as valuable contributors to the Canadian economy.  Besides dozens of articles published through the association, Mr. Nichols has written for and has appeared in several national newspapers, magazines and television programs both in Canada and around the world.  Having lived as an expatriate himself in Japan for over seven years, he is fluent in both Japanese and English.

Mr. Nichols is also a member of the Forum for International Trade Training and the Canadian International Council.
