Is there a right way to manage people on expat assignment? Empire Life is starting to research this topic, and your insights can make a difference.
Readers of The Canadian Expat newsletter who are currently on expat assignment are invited to share their experience in a short survey (5-9 minutes). Your anonymous answers will help business leaders better understand what it takes to support people effectively when they’re working out of country. As an added incentive, Empire Life will donate two dollars to the Canadian Red Cross for every expat who completes the survey.*
The survey is designed by INSEAD leadership guru Stewart Black, professor of management practice in global leadership and strategy. The Financial Times ranked the INSEAD MBA #1 in its 2016 ranking of MBA programs. Stewart Black has been tracking how companies manage expats for the past 20 years.
In November, Empire Life plans to share survey results with business leaders via webinar—and will share high level results with The Canadian Expat readers first. Watch this space for more information.
