The Canadian Expat believes that Canadians abroad represent an incredibly rich and valuable resource for Canada. Canadians living and working abroad are directly and indirectly responsible for billions of dollars in bilateral trade. They are exceptionally well educated, linguistically adept and culturally bilingual. They are cultural and economic ambassadors for Canada. The more we as a country engage them, the more Canada will prosper.

There are an estimated 2.8 million Canadians living and working outside of the country. To put that in perspective it would constitute the 4th largest province in Canada.

Mission

We will create a platform that engages Canadians who have a desire to move abroad; who are currently abroad and those who are about to move back home.

We will provide a platform with information along with goods and services that will help Canadian Expats succeed.

We will provide a platform for companies and organizations that wish to access this valuable market.

We will seek out and cement strong relationships with the Canadian Government, Foreign Governments and their diplomatic offices, corporations that deal with Canadians abroad and Canadian business organizations such as business councils, chambers of commerce and Canadian social clubs around the world.

Vision

Companies and Organizations that service the expat population will look to the Canadian Expat as the best source to reach Canadians living abroad.
